Registration
Your space in class will be guaranteed once we have received your completed registration and full payment.
Vaccinations
You must show proof that your dog has age-appropriate vaccinations or titers. Puppies under 18 weeks need to be two weeks past their first vaccination and do not need to have a rabies vaccination.
Refunds
Carefully consider your schedule and your commitment to training your dog before you register for classes. Refunds (minus a $35 administrative fee) are issued only if we can fill your space and have been notified a minimum of five business days before class start date. If your dog is unable to attend due to an injury or illness during enrollment, and you can show veterinary proof, you will receive a 50% discount toward a future class. If the instructor deems a dog inappropriate for group classes due to excessive aggression or extreme anxiety, you will receive a refund (minus $35 administrative fee). If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund.
Make-up Classes
We do not offer make-up classes. Classes are designed to be attended consecutively. Carefully consider your schedule and your commitment to training your dog before you register for classes. If you need to miss a session, you will still receive the homework for that class.
Children In Class
Children are WELCOME in our classes. They must be under parental control at all times. For safety, they may not run, yell or sit on the floor. They may not approach other dogs in class without the express permission of that dog’s owner.
Class Equipment
We use progressive, modern methods. Equipment you will need: flat or rolled collar, 6-foot leash, bait bag stuffed with a variety of treats, poop bags. Trainers will mop floor when dogs have an “accident,” but please bring your own poop bags to pick up after your dog. Absolutely no: choke chains, pinch collars, slip collars, electronic collars or retractable leashes.
